Standard Commercial & Technical Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern technical assessments, quotations, equipment supply, on-site commissioning, warranties, and maintenance services provided by Spectra Plus Pvt Ltd (“Spectra Plus”, “Company”) for our Electrolytic Scale Removers, Commercial Softeners, and Integrated Water Treatment Plants.
Equipment Supply & Technical Scope
Spectra Plus provides chemical-free electrolytic scale removers, multi-stage filtration units, and commercial water softening plants. All manufactured models—including residential units (SAW-1: 1,800 LPH, SAW-2: 2,000–3,000 LPH) and centralized commercial skids (WTP: up to 50,000+ LPH)—are engineered, pressure-tested, and quality-inspected according to strict ISO manufacturing standards prior to customer delivery.
Technical deliverables include the stainless steel reaction vessel (certified SS-304 or SS-316 food-grade alloy), microprocessor/PLC electrical controller enclosure, automatic motorized or electrically activated valves, and accompanying pre-filtration housings as defined in your formal quotation.
Site Readiness & Plumbing Specifications
To ensure proper installation and seamless commissioning, the client or site facility manager is responsible for preparing the physical installation location with the following standard utilities:
- Plumbing Hookups: Adequate raw water inlet connection, treated water discharge outlet, and an isolated 3-valve bypass loop to allow system servicing without interrupting facility water flow.
- Power Supply Provision: Dedicated electrical connection with grounding (230V ±10% single phase for residential SAW-1/SAW-2; 415V 3-phase for high-capacity commercial plants) located within 2 meters of the installation footprint.
- Drain Line Clearance: Gravity drain provision to receive periodic chamber purge and particulate backwash rinse volume.
- Physical Protection: Sheltered, well-ventilated installation base protected from direct outdoor rain submersion and extreme mechanical impacts.
Sizing & Quotation Validity
Formal technical quotations and capacity recommendations are engineered based on declared peak flow rates, operating hours, and water source laboratory parameters provided by the client or recorded during our doorstep water test.
Quotations remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance. Changes to raw water chemistry (such as connecting a deeper borewell or changing supply sources) or increases in required volume may necessitate revised equipment dimensioning.
Warranty & Comprehensive After-Sales Support
All Spectra Plus electrolytic systems carry standard manufacturer warranties covering the stainless steel reaction chamber, microprocessor control board, and factory-supplied actuated valves against defects in materials and workmanship.
What Is Covered
- Electrochemical reaction vessel structural integrity
- Microprocessor PLC board and internal polarity relays
- Motorized auto-purge valves and sensors
- Certified factory technical service support
Warranty Conditions
- Operating within specified voltage and electrical surge parameters
- Compliance with recommended maintenance and purge schedules
- No unauthorized third-party structural or electrical alterations
- Use of genuine Spectra Plus replacement filter cartridges
Operational Guidance & Water Variations
Natural water sources—especially urban borewells, open wells, and commercial tanker water—undergo seasonal fluctuations in Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), calcium bicarbonate, and dissolved silica. While Spectra Plus electrolytic resonance operates effectively across high hardness ranges (up to 2,000+ PPM), periodic parameter monitoring ensures peak electrochemical extraction efficiency.
Zero Chemical Precipitation: Unlike traditional sodium-ion exchange softeners that add table salt to the water and dump corrosive brine, our electrolytic extraction precipitates minerals directly into a collector cell without adding chemicals, sodium, or toxic effluent to your water.
Pre-Existing Pipe Deposits & Conditioning Period
When retrofitted into older plumbing networks with legacy limescale deposits, the conditioned, scale-free water gradually dissolves and detaches pre-existing calcification over an initial 30 to 90 day conditioning period.
During this clearing phase, tap aerators, shower nozzle screens, and inlet strainers on washing machines or geysers should be unscrewed and rinsed periodically to discharge dislodged legacy scale particles.
Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction
All agreements, quotations, equipment purchases, and maintenance contracts are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any claims, legal disputes, or arbitration arising from equipment supply or services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
